ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM

The Job Search Accountability program is structured as virtual 10-week group meetings of 10 to 12 members. Team members discuss their job search plans, enhance their strengths and improve their skills to secure employment or excel in their career path. The program runs twice a year, commencing mid-January and September. In addition, a Spring-Summer series is considered each year. We offer flexible meeting options, including daytime, evenings, or weekends, to accommodate diverse schedules. To join, visit this page at the beginning of January and September for the registration link and program details. Throughout the program, participants delve into topics such as: Resumes, Networking, LinkedIn, Marketing Plans, Interviews, Elevator Pitches, Personal Branding and Transferable Skills. EXECUTIVE TEAM
ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM

The CNM Executive Accountability group is for seasoned and business responsible leaders with experience from working at companies of more than 20 employees. It is for executives that have both done the “work” of the business as well as the “running” of the business. The executive group focuses on tactics to navigate the “hidden market” of senior roles. It prioritizes networking and how best to articulate how years of executive experience translates into problem solving and opportunity development.
