With over twenty years of leadership in diverse global companies, she has consistently transformed HR departments into thriving divisions, achieving remarkable employee retention rates, and earning accolades as a top HR employer for seven consecutive years.

Michele's expertise spans managing the entire employee lifecycle. Michele's connection with CNM began during her own career transition in 2016. She was so impressed with the immense support and resources that she began volunteering remotely for the resume team upon securing her next HR leadership role in Orlando, FL. During the pandemic, two distinct chance encounters became the catalyst for her role as a Job Search Team Leader. The first serendipitous moment occurred during a LinkedIn workshop presented by John Foster. An unsolicited Zoom invitation led her to this session, laying the foundation for her re-direction with CNM. The second fortunate occurrence unfolded during a Wall Street Journal webinar where Michele engaged in a chat session with Gail Crockett. This seemingly ordinary interaction revealed a mutual connection to CNM. Gail's invitation to volunteer as a Job Search Team Leader set her on a new path.

As a Job Search Team Leader, Michele boasted a remarkable 67% job placement rate within just 12 weeks. Later, Michele joined CNM's Senior Job Search Leadership team, contributing her HR expertise and tech-savviness as the Slack Administrator and recently extending her reach into website development and communications support.

In November 2022, Michele leveraged her diverse background and founded Digital HR Media 360. This side venture has become her platform for driving innovation, igniting positive change, and affirming her dedication to staying at the cutting edge of HR excellence.

Michele’s academic foundation includes a business degree in Human Resources with professional certifications from HRCI, SHRM, and Predictive Index. She actively participates in HR industry forums and served as President of the American Training Development ATD, Orlando Chapter.
