CNM ONLINE offers free virtual workshops covering all aspects of a successful job search, from refining your resume and mastering LinkedIn strategies to honing interview and networking skills to crafting a solid career transition plan. Led by human resources and recruiting professionals and certified career counselors, our sessions equip you with the tools you need to navigate today's competitive job market.
Beyond workshops, CNM ONLINE features guest speakers every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. These recognized job search experts share valuable resources, up-to-date insights, and cutting-edge techniques to keep you in the lead in your job search. In addition, our quarterly online recruiter panels provide insights from industry experts on current hiring trends.

We also host guest speakers, who share their expertise in various areas of the job search.
CNM hosts small virtual job search accountability teams, led by two experienced facilitators, that meet virtually once a week for 10 weeks. There is no cost to attend. Just a commitment to actively participate as a team member.
Meetings focus on solving members' job search challenges. Members set weekly goals and hold each other accountable for achieving those goals through their job search journey.
