About the Speaker

Kim Arrindell is the Managing Partner of Council Ferry Group where she leverages her broad 30-year career as an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator for Fortune 500s, government agencies, and non-profit clients.

Kim is a recognized expert in executive career coaching, group facilitation, team training, and program management. She is known for enabling her clients to create a clear value proposition within the marketplace and providing an impactful perspective and insight to assist both rising professionals and established senior executives in effectively managing career transitions.

She is also a  Program Coach for Turn Pro by Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a national nonprofit that supports high-achieving African Americans, Latinx, and Native Americans by helping them to accelerate their career paths from college to MBA to senior leadership.
