Yvonne Evans

As a past facilitator, Yvonne Evans became involved with CNM through a posting in which Michele Carpenter had advertised the program. Yvonne thoroughly enjoyed working with her co-facilitator, Pam Bernards. They both valued obtaining speakers to discuss recruiting, mindfulness, and networking. Her most fantastic takeaway from the program is having and maintaining relationships with people she met in the program and watching their growth.

Yvonne is a twenty-year Human Resources veteran specializing in Employee Relations and Engagement. Most recently, she was employed as the Senior Director of Employee Relations and Talent Management at the American Pharmacists Association in Washington, DC. She is a trusted advisor to the Executive Office and the Senior Leadership Council. Her career has included working in many of the largest industries, including retail services, academia, government, and technology. Yvonne also served as the President of DC SHRM and as a mentor to many young professionals in HR and enjoyed watching their careers flourish.
