Dr. Pamela (Pam) Bernards leads an independent consulting practice with over 35 years of leadership experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Through the lens of servant leadership, Pam specializes in developing leaders at all levels. She is known for empowering others to achieve greater autonomy and personal accomplishment, encouraging innovation and risk-taking, and facilitating collaborative learning experiences.

Pam is a published author, researcher, and speaker. She is a long-time CNM alum and has served in many capacities, including the last two years as a Senior Advisor and Job Search Team Leader. Her goal is to give back by providing job seekers with the essential skills and networking strategies to land and thrive in a new position.

Coaching and mentoring professionals to enhance their leadership skills through a growth mindset and developing continuous improvement strategies;
Facilitating alignment of the organizational goals with the values of the workforce resulting in a more harmonious and productive organization; and
Using the Hartman-Kinsel axiology leadership development profile and customized 360 review assessments to provide feedback for the teams and individuals she works with to inform professional development plans.

Pam served as the Director of Professional Development for the National Catholic Educational Association. More recently, in her capacity as a consultant, specific assignments include serving as an executive coach for the Founder and Chief Inspirational Office of Spirit Seminars and his team on operations management to streamline processes. She also worked with the Regional Director of Talent Management and VP of Operations at Baker Construction DC to streamline HR and operations management processes and improve the customer experience to drive revenue growth.

Pam holds a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University, where she earned a dissertation award for her research. Pam is an adjunct faculty member for Virtual Education Software, Inc., developing undergraduate and graduate-level education courses. She also served as an adjunct professor for Saint Leo University in Educational Leadership.

Pam is also a former member of the U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon Schools Selection Committee, the Speak Up Research Project for Digital Learning Advisory Board, and secretary for the National Catholic Partnership on Disability.
