People fascinate Dede. Always have. She had a great career in HR starting as an Assistant, and ending as a Sr. Vice President. Dede didn’t read the tea leaves and was laid off. So she pressed the reset button, thought about her passions, and went back to school to be certified as a leadership coach. Dede started her own business, worked with a large HR consulting firm in her career transition, and also does pro bono coaching. Dede loves what she does.
