Job Search Team Leader
Daniella McDonald is a Talent Acquisition leader with extensive experience in industries such as transportation, software, retail, and healthcare. She joined CNM in July 2020 after her position was eliminated due to COVID 19.
In September 2021 and May 2022, Daniella assumed the role of Job Search Team Accountability Leader, demonstrating her dedication to guiding individuals in their job search journeys. Additionally, in September 2022, she became a Team Mentor, highlighting her commitment to mentorship and team development.
This Fall, 2023, Daniella resumes her role as Job Search Team Leader. Her commitment to the community is matched only by her appreciation for the networking opportunities and insightful job search perspectives shared by fellow members.
With a hands-on approach, Daniella excels in building and managing talent acquisition functions across geographically dispersed teams. Her expertise ranges from leading software teams of up to 15 recruiters to managing smaller retail and healthcare teams. In these roles, she successfully orchestrated annual hiring initiatives of 200-500 placements.
Daniella is also skilled in implementing advanced talent acquisition technology, devising innovative talent identification strategies, and establishing and monitoring crucial metrics. She has also played a pivotal role in directing employment branding efforts and building strong partnerships with HR and business leaders. Furthermore, Daniella has personally overseen full life cycle recruitment efforts across various functional disciplines.
Daniella’s future aspirations include remote career opportunities as a Talent Acquisition leader, Recruiting Operations. Her horizons have expanded to encompass positions in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, HR Program Management, and HR Project Management.
