Chris is the founder of 7 Pillars, an organization that works with CEO and HR executives to drive strategic thinking and planning to generate policy, focus, and vision built on healthy employees, healthy clients, and healthy communities. Chris also runs the DC and NYC Chapters of the Chief Operating Officer Business Forum where he leads discussions and workshops on topics including Change Management, Navigating Uncertainty, and Defining Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
