About the event
A career transition is more than a professional process — it reshapes confidence, identity, relationships, and hopes for the future.
In times of instability and uncertainty, deeper questions often surface: Where are You, God? What should I do? Can I trust You?
This reflective workshop will introduce participants to Christian spiritual direction, a unique helping relationship centered on noticing and responding to God's presence and guidance in everyday life, and in times of change and uncertainty. Through guided questions and personal reflection, participants will experience the kind of honest, unhurried conversation with God and self that takes place in a spiritual direction session.
As part of CNM's Spiritual Direction Pilot Program, 10 participants will have the opportunity to receive four one-on-one sessions with a trained spiritual director of their choosing — a confidential, supportive space during one of life's more demanding transitions. Many find they leave with a greater sense of peace, clarity, or simply feeling genuinely heard.
Wherever you are in your transition, this workshop offers space to reflect, listen, and consider where God may be at work in your life right now.
**NOTE - Attendance at an introductory workshop is required to be eligible for the program.
