ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM
Career Network Ministry offers free job search accountability groups designed to support, motivate, and guide job seekers with actionable strategies during their career transition. Our Job Search Team programs holds weekly virtual meetings where participants set goals and/or complete homework assignments, share progress, and receive feedback from their team members and leaders.
The program is open to both unemployed and employed individuals actively seeking a career transition, from all career stages - early career to executive level. While the accountability groups are not industry specific, we aim to match team members with similar backgrounds in a group and/or align our team leaders’ industry experience.

Includes drafting or enhancing your resume, practicing your elevator pitch and interview responses which prepare you to tackle real-world job search challenges with confidence.

While you wait for the program to start, there are several proactive steps you can take to build momentum and keep yourself motivated.
Mandatory
Attend New Member Onboarding - Schedule one session prior to the start of weekly series-no repeat class required. Refreshers are welcome if needed.
Highly Recommended

Flexible scheduling options (daytime, evening, and weekend sessions).
Program runs twice a year, starting in January and September. Visit this page at the beginning of January and September for the registration link.
A Spring-Summer series is considered each year.
Commitments
Be prepared to spend 5–8 hours per week during the series. This includes 2-hour virtual sessions, 2–4 hours of assignments/reflection and 1–2 hours of networking/ job related search activities.
Attend all weekly 2-hour virtual sessions.
No more than one absence is permitted. Consistent attendance is strongly recommended to stay on track and fully benefit from the program. If priorities change, you’re welcome to return and rejoin when ready.

Executive Job Team Program Requirements

Position Qualifications: Designed for seasoned leaders with current or recent experience in executive-level roles, such as VP, C-suite executives, or board members. Participants must have worked at companies with 20 or more employees and demonstrated success in achieving measurable results while holding VP-level or higher positions.

Leadership Experience: Tailored for executives with a strong track record of leadership, combining both the ability to execute functional responsibilities and lead teams, drive strategy and manage operations.
