About the Role
As an onsite CNM LIVE! Volunteer, you will empower job seekers by assisting with our CNM LIVE! program. Working both individually and collaboratively with other volunteers, you will help create a supportive environment for career development. Key Tasks:
Staff topic tables during program sessions
Facilitate and maintain engaging table group conversations
Provide constructive feedback to help job seekers refine their presentations and materials
Welcome participants and create an inclusive, supportive atmosphere
Support job seekers in developing specific skills such as elevator pitches, interviewing techniques, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and networking strategies.
