Xaveria Woodside is a positive and upbeat HR professional with a passion for helping others. She has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources in different areas, i.e., EEO, Human Resources Outsourcing, Training, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Employee Relations, Payroll Management, Recruitment, Health and Welfare Programs, Workers' Compensation and Safety, among other services. She is committed to using her experiences to serve the CNM community. She heard about CNM on LinkedIn and knew immediately that she wanted to be a part of its initiative. Volunteering is a way for her to give back and grow while helping others.
