Tianna Lucas

Tianna Lucas brings 10 years of HR leadership experience across leadership development, culture and engagement, performance management, and succession planning, grounded in an early career that progressed from pharmaceutical sales to sales training and leading a surgical sales team. That journey has shaped her belief in operational excellence, cross‑functional partnership, and servant leadership.

Tianna is excited to volunteer with CNM because its mission to support job seekers aligns deeply with her passion for coaching and mentoring others. She has been coaching since her teenage years in 4‑H, and throughout different seasons of life. She's continued to mentor through professional organizations, workplace relationships, and networking. Using her skills to support others is fulfilling and allows her to pay forward the guidance so many people have given her. Caring for people whether family, friends, or colleagues is what drives her, and it shows in how she supports loved ones, offers encouragement, and stays connected. This past year has brought big changes to Tianna, including moving back to California to be closer to family, becoming a newlywed, and welcoming a new dog into her home, all of which have strengthened her empathy for the many responsibilities people juggle.
