Sharicca Boldon

As a leadership strategist and executive advisor, Sharicca Bolden helps leaders cultivate an integrated approach to developing people, processes, and purpose. She utilizes research, coaching, and cross-sector experience to deepen leaders’ and organizations’ capacity for addressing complex, persistent issues.

Her career began as a Manufacturing Engineer for Procter and Gamble, and she has held roles spanning operations, sales and marketing, information technology, strategy, and leadership development in the private, nonprofit, and education sectors. Drawing on her cross-functional fluency, she develops leaders to transcend organizational boundaries, bridge diverse ideas that reshape systems, and innovate boldly.

Sharrica holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from George Washington University, and a master’s degree in Public Education Management from Yale University's School of Management. Currently she is completing her doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania and works in executive education at the Wharton School to help senior leaders achieve their highest performance.

She learned about Career Network Ministry through a family member who is a longtime volunteer. Helping others unlock their fullest potential aligns naturally with her passion, and she is excited to join CNM to help leaders navigate career transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
