In addition to her extensive background in HR and talent management, Krystal is a certified coach (CPC) and holds certifications in recruiting (CTR, CASR), as well as human resources (PHR, SHRM-CP), and is a certified practitioner in DiSC and ADEPT-15 assessments. While Krystal’s depth is primarily in talent management, she also has experience in training on employment law and interviewing techniques and theories, employee relations, policy and procedure development, performance management, and compliance. Krystal has proven she can be successful across a variety of industries, including Consulting, Healthcare, Government, Criminal Justice, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Higher Education, in both human resources and talent management. While working within these industries, Krystal’s adept management style has instilled employer confidence, as she has screened, sourced, placed, and managed employees in a variety of functions.
