Jody Toser

Jody Toser is a fractional executive whose career spans the innovation ecosystem—including associations, technology, and health IT—where she helps organizations grow through strategic business development and marketing leadership.

She and her husband co-lead TNT Advisory Group and have worked together as a “dynamic duo” since before they were married, finding great joy in serving as professional business networking connectors.

Known since childhood as “Nosy Josie,” Jody has proudly carried that spirit of curiosity into her professional and volunteer life. She leverages it to ask better questions, uncover new opportunities, and deeply understand people's and organization's needs.

Jody credits CNM with helping her “put on her oxygen mask,” providing consistent, challenging, and encouraging support during a major career transition. She benefitted deeply from CNM’s expert preparation, confidence building, prayer, and fellowship.

As CNM LIVE Volunteer Coordinator, Jody appreciates the importance of recruiting, equipping, and caring for CNM volunteers so they can welcome and impact job seekers with compassion and confidence during their most vulnerable times.
