My journey to Career Network Ministry wasn’t accidental—it was personal. After years of working in workforce development, career counseling, and community outreach, Jade discovered CNM through LinkedIn. Throughout her career, she has consistently seen the same gap: talented, capable people who wanted more for their lives but lacked direction, confidence, or support rooted in faith and purpose. CNM aligned directly with that calling, which is why—and how—she chose to volunteer.
