Flora Wu
Outreach Manager
Flora Wu is a Senior Program Manager with over a decade of experience leading enterprise software programs, cloud migrations, and cross-functional initiatives. She loves connecting the dots between people, process, and technology to turn complex ideas into real, customer-focused solutions.
Flora's led large-scale SaaS launches and delivery improvements at Microsoft and Seagull Scientific, blending her technical background and business acumen to drive measurable impact. Her curiosity for innovation has led her to explore AI through hands-on projects, including her Teen Translator web app and Swimming Coach chatbot.
Flora first learned about CNM through a fellow CNM member, Matt Miller during a group coaching session, where he shared the ministry’s incredible free resources and workshops. After confirming that every session was truly free of sales pitches, Flora was inspired by the authenticity and generosity of its speakers and volunteers. Even while job searching herself, she chooses to volunteer to pay it forward and remind others they’re not alone — that there are genuine people who truly care and want to give back.
Beyond serving for CNM,, Flora also volunteers weekly at Kin On, an Asian community organization in Seattle that empowers older adults to stay active and connected through wellness and technology programs. She help seniors gain confidence using devices like phones and laptops. She's also passionate about building human-centered, AI-powered solutions that make technology more accessible and meaningful.
