With over 15 years in talent acquisition, including leadership roles at high-growth technology companies and work supporting Department of Defense civilian and intelligence agency hiring, he has personally placed more than 500 engineers, executives, and go-to-market leaders. He knows how resumes get screened, how decisions get made, and where qualified candidates fall through the cracks.

David joined CNM to bring the recruiter’s perspective to job seekers who rarely get access to it. He facilitates mock interviews, provides career coaching, and offers the kind of direct, practical feedback that helps people take their next step with confidence. He also builds free AI-powered job search tools available to anyone, covering resume optimization, interview practice, job description analysis, and networking strategy.
