Cecile McDougal

Cecile McDougall is an active listener, a problem-solver, and a technology advocate, a natural-born "Digital Transformation Leader." Throughout her 30-year career, she has leveraged technology—from Microsoft Access to Generative AI—to bring clarity to executive reporting, and transform process friction into scalable, digital-first solutions. Fluent in the languages of Technology, Business, and Accounting, she serves as a trusted translator between teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward the same goals.

From her proud Caribbean heritage, Cecile lives by the spirit of Bob Marley's "One Love." While known for her love of Reggae, she's also passionate about the rhythms of Soca and the soul of Jazz and Gospel. Together, she and her husband have passed their love of music, laughter, family, and travel on to their two beautiful daughters.

Cecile was inspired to join the Career Network Ministry after hearing glowing reviews from her network about its free, volunteer-supported services. She has benefited greatly from the programs and is committed to paying that support forward. Cecile has pledged to continue volunteering her time to CNM long after she's back in the workforce.
