About the Presenter

Jenny Diaz has been a recruiter for the past decade. That journey started with a chance encounter at Career Network Ministry. In 2021, Jenny and two former colleagues founded Apex Recruitment Group, a firm that specializes in construction management recruitment throughout Virginia and the Carolinas. In her history of recruiting, Jenny has placed professionals from entry-level to the most executive level positions. While she has worked in various industries, Jenny has focused on construction management professionals for the last several years. Prior to recruitment, Jenny volunteered and studied in Russia and Israel. She holds a Bachelor's from the University of Louisville and a Master's from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
