About Your Presenters

Jenny Diaz has partnered with firms of all sizes to successfully recruit entry-level professionals to C-level executives across industries. Since 2017, she has focused on engaging construction management talent in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. She stumbled into recruitment through seemingly unrelated experiences that began with working and studying in Russia and Israel and then ended on a dude ranch outside of Yellowstone. She has learned that the people you meet along the way are anything but chance encounters.

Jenny is a past CNM participant and a volunteer.

Ryan Diaz has experience recruiting for all aspects of construction including Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management. He has worked for both the client and agency sides of the business and understands the complexities that come from each perspective. Ryan entered recruiting because he could not get a job as the Mets General Manager and figured this was the next best thing. His wife tricked him into moving to the Carolinas, and he now talks about NYC pizza way too much. He has a truck so he is a true Southerner!

In 2022, Ryan and Jenny teamed up with a former colleague to launch Apex Recruitment Group.
