About the Presenters Dede O’Donnell is the Founder and Executive Coach at Rodeo Enterprises which focuses on leadership coaching, adaptive change, and performance effectiveness. She helps leaders take the reins of their careers and adapt to change with confidence and clarity. Dede helps her clients focus on their strengths instead of their weaknesses and on looking ahead not behind.

Starting as an Assistant and ending as a Sr. Vice President, Dede had a successful career in HR. However, after a layoff, Dede pressed the reset button, thought about her passions, and returned to school to become certified as a leadership coach. In addition to owning her own business, she also does pro bono coaching and volunteers as a Career Coach for CNM.

Kathy Murphy, President of Sterling Partners, LLC. brings over 25 years of experience in executive search, career coaching, leadership

development, and human resources. She conducts executive-level searches with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, and nonprofit organizations, as well as candidates seeking career advisory services.

Before Sterling Partners, Kathy was a Managing Director with Gilbert Tweed International, a retained executive search firm. Additionally, she was the Director of Human Resources at Tiffany & Co. responsible for global talent acquisition and leadership development.

Bob Korzeniewski is a CPA who networked his way to 25 successful years as a finance exec with stints at SAIC, Network Solutions, and VeriSign.

For the past 15 years, Bob has been the Executive Director of the Career Network Ministry (CNM). During that time, Bob has conducted over 5,000 one-on-one coffees with people in job transition. Bob firmly believes networking is the key to your job search and is passionate about sharing his perspective.
