About the event
Most job seekers can recite their accomplishments, but they struggle to paint a picture of their professional history—the connection that makes their career journey coherent and their next move feel inevitable.
Without that narrative, even strong STAR stories and impressive accomplishments lack the context that help interviewers see why you're the natural fit for the job.. This workshop will teach you how to introduce yourself and answer behavioral questions in a way that positions your experience as the natural next step into the roles you want.
Increasingly viewed as a crucial soft skill, storytelling is particularly powerful when changing industries, moving laterally to a new title, or standing out in competitive hiring situations. You'll learn to give your career the narrative clarity that transforms "qualified candidate" into "obvious choice."
