About the event
And if you submit your resume to an online job posting, it goes through an "applicant tracking system" (ATS) that scores and filters out most resumes, and no human ever sees it.
So, how do you create a resume that gets through the "applicant tracking systems " (ATS) and also stands out to recruiters and hiring managers?
Let Sue Butler show you how to craft a resume that will get you interviews. As an experienced Executive Recruiter, Sue knows what decision-makers seek in candidates and what will set you apart from the competition.
She will show you how to
· Pass the ATS screening
· Avoid the mistakes that cause resumes to disappear into a black hole
· Unlock the secrets to showcasing your unique value proposition
· Ace the six-second test.
Don't let your resume be just another document in the stack. Transform your resume into a powerful tool that opens doors to new career opportunities.
