She will share the most important secrets about interviewing that she has learned in her 25 years in executive search. Marcia is the author of three award winning books, “The 20-Minute Networking Meeting,” “Winning the Executive Interview, and “Make the Jump: Reinvent Your Career in the Nonprofit Sector.”

She is also an active community board member and volunteer who lives in the Twin Cities with her husband and two dogs.
