About the Presenter
Carrie Rodriguez is an independent consultant with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development and communications, spanning industries such as professional services, pharmaceuticals, Federal Government, and professional sports. She combines deep instructional design expertise with dynamic facilitation skills, enabling her to lead high-impact learning and organizational development initiatives. Her portfolio includes leadership transition workshops, curriculum standardization, and large-scale program design.
Before launching her consulting practice, Carrie coached over 60 colleagues globally at McKinsey & Company, guiding them through career development and leadership growth. She also contributed as a subject matter expert and facilitator for leadership programs at both the global and local levels. Prior to McKinsey, Carrie spent nearly 15 years at Deloitte, where she led end-to-end strategy for global leadership programs for Manager through Partner levels. Her accomplishments include redesigning traditional classroom programs into 28 virtual live mini-modules and delivering large-scale transition labs, succession programs, and conferences for more than 300 Lead Client Service Partners.
Carrie's global experience also extends to strategic leadership program expansion and standardization. As the U.S. liaison for global leadership initiatives, she played a key role in establishing consistent delivery standards across the firm. Additionally, she designed and led a multi-day summit that resulted in the adoption of a globally recognized leadership curriculum.
Carrie holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's in English, Creative Writing, and Secondary Education from James Madison University.
