About the Presenters:

Dede O'Donnell is a certified leadership coach with an emphasis on transitions. After having a great career in HR starting as an Assistant and ending as a Sr. Vice President, she made her own career transition. Dede thought about her passions, went back to school, and is now the Founder and Executive Coach of Rodeo Enterprises. Dede also does pro bono coaching. She says, “I love what I do.”

Dede believes in focusing on what we have, not what we don't, and looking ahead not behind. A great quote: If you're depressed, you're living in the past. If you're anxious, you're living in the future. If you're at peace, you're living in the present.

Jim Yanker is a certified leadership coach with over 30 years of experience in commercial, government, and intelligence communities (IC). Jim has a TS/SCI clearance and retired from the DoD/Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) after which he made his own career transition into coaching. 

Jim has always been passionate about helping clients identify and navigate solutions to their own challenges. This led him to found YANKER COACHING - Build a Better Life, which provides leadership, performance, career, and life coaching to a diverse range of individuals.

In addition to leading Career Coaching Workshops, Jim has facilitated Job Search Accountability Teams for the CNM. He also volunteers as a Support Coach in the Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI), Coach Skills for Leaders course. Jim just completed work with a government contractor in the IC, where he provided both individual and group coaching at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
