Eva Chung is a People and Culture expert focused on culture, change leadership and organizational effectiveness. Having served as a Chief Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Business Partner at large and mid-sized public, private and non-profit organizations, Eva has been instrumental in helping companies build the right teams and develop the right culture. Currently serving as an Executive Partner at Gartner, Eva partners with HR leaders across organizations as they navigate, growth, complexity and change. In early 2026, Eva navigated a job search and enjoyed the resources at CNM to help guide her search. She will share insights into the recruiting and hiring process from the perspectives of the being the candidate and being the hiring manager, as well as overseeing the entire HR apparatus.
