Rick Dansey serves as the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer of T-Rex Solutions, responsible for business development, proposal management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining T-Rex, Rick was Chief Growth Officer at TeraThink, where he grew the small business into a competitive mid-tier firm which was acquired by CGI Federal in 2020. Rick served as an executive at CACI, managing growth and business systems for the Federal civilian market. Rick is a decorated Navy veteran, an MBA graduate of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy. He also holds a master’s in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University.
