About the Speaker

Arielle Holden is an executive coach known for helping leaders expand their self-awareness, sharpen strategic thinking, and translate insight into measurable performance results. With an international practice spanning Canada, Switzerland, and the United States, Arielle brings a global, modern lens to leadership growth.

Leading up to coaching, she worked with Fortune 500 companies (P&G, JM Smucker Co, Glenlivet, etc.) and start-ups in marketing and consulting within wellness, food, service, alcohol and healthcare.

Beyond big business, Arielle has experience in entrepreneurship having launched a company to consult on hundreds of small businesses across Toronto, Canada. Subsequently, she and her family moved to Switzerland and then DC where she continues to expand her practice with leaders looking to level up.
