About the Presenter

Joe Boltersdorf hails from Philadelphia where he entered the US Air Force for a career that spanned 30 years from a 10-year enlisted airman as a Chapel Manager (Church Business Administrator) through multiple leadership positions over 20 years as an officer, to include commander, Director of the F-16 Beddown in Italy, to Chief of Homeland Security & Force Protection, where he worked side-by-side with JV Venable, CNM's Director of CNM Live. Transitioning to the corporate world as a Senior Director in 2 large corporations where he applied his skills as a technical writer, business developer, contract program manager/auditor, which included resume compliance reviews and rewrites for thousands of resumes. He started his own business, Right Path Resumes & Consulting, LLC in 2011 to help unemployed, underemployed, and homeless families with resume writing, job searching, and interviewing skills development. 

Joe has a love of consulting, teaching, facilitating, and instructional design which he has done for the FBI Academy/National Academy Leadership Development, International Law Enforcement, & Counterintelligence Programs, as well as a senior leadership instructor at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) College. Joe is the author of several children's books, to include "Nightfire" which was published a few years ago. Although retiring in April 2022 to spend more time traveling with his lovely wife Christy and visiting their 8 1/2 (soon to be 9 grandchildren), he's currently working on self-publishing of several children and non-fiction books.
