KJ Lian brings over 28 years of experience in large enterprises and the public sector to his role at Amazon, where he has worked for the past six years. As a Specialist Team Lead at AWS, KJ supports customers in adopting Data and AI services, collaborating with teams to deliver impactful solutions. Passionate about mentoring, he serves as a hiring bar raiser, helping candidates navigate Amazon’s interview process. KJ is excited to share insights from his journey to help public sector professionals transition to private sector opportunities.
