About the event

For those in transition, sometimes it may not feel like it, but your next job is right around the corner – and that poses its own challenge. Getting off on the right foot with your next team is a must and, while the steps required may come naturally to some, for most of us it takes a bit more preparation. Over the course of his military and professional career, JV Venable has gained traction with 25 different teams. Join him Tuesday night and let him introduce you to a new way of looking at teams – and building a plan of attack that will make your next position the job of your lifetime.
