This presentation will focus on impacted federal employees. The first segment will focus on Job Search Preparation, emphasizing the importance of conducting a thorough self-assessment to understand one’s core competencies, transferable skills, and current market value. This presentation will assist with mapping their federal experience to private sector roles, explore new industries where their expertise is in demand, and set realistic goals aligned with their professional identity. The second segment, Leveraging Generative AI in Your Job Search, introduces practical strategies for using AI tools to streamline resume tailoring, optimize LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews, and identify suitable job opportunities.
