KJ Lian is a Senior Manager at Amazon Web Services where he leads the Emerging Technology Solutions team. With over 7 years at Amazon and 30+ years of technology leadership spanning government and private sector, KJ brings a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in high tech hiring. He is an active volunteer with Career Network Ministries, passionate about helping professionals navigate career transitions into the technology industry.
