About the Speaker

Kimberly Blue has a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Counseling and Guidance with emphasis in College Student Personnel from West Virginia University. She is a certified Career Development Facilitator and MBTI, True Colors and Strong Interest Inventory facilitator.  She has worked in business and industry, as Client Manager a Training and Development Coordinator and in Higher Education in various administrative positions with combined experience of over 21 years. Her expertise lies in career development, career counseling and leadership development coaching.  She is a member of various professional organizations and is currently a Career Counselor and a Student Development Instructor at Northern Virginia Community College.  Her career motto:  Always Career Early and Career Often!
