About the Presenters
Neil Isaacs is a customer success and account management professional with extensive experience in SaaS environments. In Michigan, Neil has presented at Lansing Community College and served as an adjunct instructor, teaching social media courses for several years, while also conducting classes at Kellogg Community College. Additionally, Neil has shared his expertise at libraries, with organizations such as the Michigan Works Association and the Shifting Gears program, and with numerous businesses in the Lansing and Ann Arbor areas. With a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals, he is excited to share his expertise in leveraging AI for job search success.Â
