CNM ONLINE - "Should I take the Job?"

Establishing the criteria you’ll use to evaluate a job offer BEFORE you get one will help you to develop a picture of your ideal work environment and your personal brand. Plus, these criteria will help you to develop questions for interviewers.

During this session, Bob will discuss many decision factors that you’ll want to consider in order to make an informed and reasoned decision as to whether you accept or reject an offer. You'll also get some decision models to use as well as some tips for negotiating a counteroffer.

About the Presenter

Bob Plummer brings a wealth of experience to CNM from his corporate career at IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton as well as from his distinguished career in the US Army. He is also the author of Ignite the Power of YOU In Your Job Search Journey, a jobseeker's guide to discovering who you are and how to establish your personal brand.

Bob has always been motivated by a passion for helping people and organizations imagine a future beyond the range of their "headlights" and now devotes his time to volunteering with CNM and other community organizations.
