About the Speakers: Kathy Murphy, President of Sterling Partners, LLC. brings over 25 years of experience in executive search, career coaching, leadership development, and human resources. She conducts executive-level searches with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit organizations, as well as candidates seeking career advisory services.

Before Sterling Partners, Kathy was a Managing Director with Gilbert Tweed International, a retained executive search firm. Additionally, she was the Director of Human Resources at Tiffany & Co. responsible for global talent acquisition and leadership development.

Dede O’Donnell, founder and president of Rodeo Enterprises, is a certified leadership coach and Human Resources consultant. Combining HR expertise with sharp business acumen, she is a business-savvy strategist dedicated to empowering her clients to embrace boldness during periods of change. Additionally, as a Career Transition Coach for a leading HR talent advisory firm, Dede challenges her clients to envision and pursue their next steps. Her passion for her work is evident in everything she does.

Dede has a bachelor’s degree in Management and Family Development from Virginia Tech. She added strategic domain knowledge through the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business Advanced Human Resources Executive Program. She received her certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from George Mason University and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
