CNM LIVE! - Linking Your Thinking

Freddi Donner is a bit of a geek when it comes to understanding people. She has experienced highs and lows in her work (including terminations), and through it all, she was curious about why some jobs/teams work well and others languish or struggle. This became her focus in her coaching practice: what needs to be present in a person for them to succeed beyond their technical skills.  She has been in the coaching industry since 2004 and will share some themes that help people get out of their heads and see more of what is possible. 

In her program, you will be asked to list your current thoughts about your situation. Then, in a conversational format, she will help unpack some of the thinking statements to share what is helpful, what is hindering, and what you can do about it. 

Several participants will be offered to be coached at the moment. You will experience how changing your thinking can work, what it takes, and what you can expect when you do the work to hold new beliefs.

From 6:30 to 7:30 PM ET, you can receive individual job search counseling in these areas:

From 7:30 to 8:30 PM ET, hear Freddi share new strategies, tips, and motivation for your job search.
