About Our Guest
Steve McLendon is a C-suite executive with 30 years of experience leading financial strategy and operational excellence in insurance brokerage and financial services. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO for the Northwest Region of USI Insurance Services, where he managed financial operations for a $240M region. There, he successfully led the financial due diligence for nine acquisitions and expanded regional revenue from $89M to $240M. Steve was also a Partner and CFO at Cold Spring Partners, managing a portfolio of startups and real estate investments. His extensive leadership background includes impactful financial roles at AARP Services, Inc., Deloitte, and Texas Instruments. He holds an MBA from Baylor University.
Steve lives in the Pacific Northwest area of Seattle where he is married and enjoys hiking, skiing, boating, and spending time with his two dogs.
