Kevin Gaughan

Kevin Gaughan came to CNM during a career transition and became a volunteer as a way to “pay it back.” He has been with CNM for 6+ years. Kevin says that when he first came to CNM, he listened to everything that CNM taught but didn’t really apply it. However, once he joined a CNM Job Search Team, everything clicked. He experienced first-hand how the group supported one another, held each other accountable, and helped to shorten his job search.

From that time forward, Kevin became an advocate for the Job Search Teams, so much so that he co-developed “Accelerating Your Job Search” - a workshop based on what he learned in the group about conducting a successful job search. He presents this workshop the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month at 7 PM ET.

On the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, you’ll find Kevin greeting and helping job seekers at CNM LIVE! – our in-person meeting at McLean Bible Church. Kevin has also served as an Orientation Coordinator and is always willing to pitch in wherever he is needed.

In addition to volunteering with CNM, he has served as a Scoutmaster for the past 22 years. When Kevin is not lending his talents as a volunteer, he is a successful sales professional, currently with Law360.
