CNM ONLINE - "You're Fired: 7 Myths to Avoid" with Mark Anthony Dyson

About the event

Last April, JobSage published a survey showing that 56% of managers surveyed "currently had employees that they wish they could fire." One out of three managers surveyed admitted they've "quiet fired" an employee, using tactics like reduced workload, no promotions, and no raises.

No matter how you are fired, you feel a mix of emotions. You may tell yourself one or more of the myths about being fired:

1. “It’s Hard to Get a Job When You’ve Been Fired”

2. “I’m Not Good Enough”

3. “But I Did My Best!”

4. “My Family Is Not Supportive”

5. “My Old Boss Will Ruin Me”

6. “My Career Is Finished”

7. “I’m Alone”

But these are NOT TRUE!

In this workshop, you will learn to reframe these narratives so you can break the chains of discouragement and experience the surge you need for job search success.
