This interactive workshop is designed to help you build interview skills that boost both competence and confidence. Through realistic mock interviews and constructive feedback, you'll learn how to communicate your strengths clearly and effectively in any interview format.

About the Facilitators
After a full career in public service, Chris Westbrook now helps others identify and pursue impactful careers. Chris' experience includes nine years in federal government recruiting--ascending from recruiting program manager to senior hiring manager plus she has a decade as a USG hiring manager Chris has volunteered for over 8 years providing career and job counseling for DC-area nonprofits (Streetwise Partners, Britepaths, Alexandria Workforce Development Center, Federal Career Connection, CNM, former CIA employees). Additionally, Chris brings 16 years of talent development expertise in communications, change management, conflict management, and leadership. Chris is also certified in multiple 360-degree assessment tools, including Benchmarks, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Leadership Mirror, and DiSC.
Jeffrey Lynn brings over 25 years of experience in project management, director, and senior leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies. He is passionate about bringing his extensive expertise in building teams, organizational design, digital transformation, customer experience optimization, and portfolio management to help people identify and leverage their unique strengths and value proposition to achieve their career goals.
With a focus on aligning people's experiences with organizational or position needs, he aims to provide strategic and practical insights to help candidates articulate their narrative with clarity and confidence.
John Brown, Jr. has over 20 years of operations experience with a background as a former business, management and change management consultant. He is NeuroLinquistic Programming (NLP) certified and Expert Coach. John enjoys coaching because finds fulfillment in helping people improve themselves.
Lisa Berg is a certified Senior Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She has managed the full employment life cycle for both remote and onsite employees across manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, and hospitality industries. She enjoys volunteering because it provides her with intrinsic reward in seeing others grow both personally and professionally.
